WSOB™ Internet Radio submission requirements

We are excited you are here! WSOB is proud that we play ALL genres of music! 

Please review the following Song Submission Requirements:

• Single Song Submissions are $25.00 each
• A Five (5) Song Submission Discount Package is $100.00 total.  (Pay for 4 Song Submissions/Get 1 Song Submission FREE)

All song submissions are reviewed by the WSOB team and MUST meet standards of broadcast quality (professional demos) and high artistic standards.

HOW TO SUBMIT SONG(S)

• If you are submitting more than ONE song, please send each submission as a separate email (with two attachments) for proper processing.  (2 songs will have 2 emails, etc.)
• In the email subject line, please put "Submission."
• If you are a member of the American Songwriter Magazine online chat community, please put "AS Submission" in the subject line. 
• Audio files must be attached in mp3 format. We WILL NOT accept .wav files.
• Lyrics with songwriter(s) & publisher(s) credits must also be attached as a Word document file.  

WSOB encourages ALL songwriters to make certain their works are registered with a performing rights organization (i.e. BMI or ASCAP). 

In the body of the email, you must include:

• The title of the song
• The first and last name of the person submitting the song
• Snail Mail Address
• City, State. Zip Code
• Telephone Number (with area code)
• Name of .mp3 file (short and relevant to the song)
• Name of other songwriters involved (if applicable)

APPROVAL AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

• You will be notified via email within 24 hours of receipt of your song submission(s). 
• Once notified, please submit payment to WSOB Internet Radio via either PayPal: wsobradio@gmail.com OR Venmo: @William-Porter-199
• Payment must be made before your song(s) is/are included into the WSOB Internet Radio library. 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER APPROVAL?

• Your song(s) will first be introduced in one of our WSOB Internet Radio "Songwriter Showcase" segments.   
• We will let you know in advance when the "world radio premiere" of your song is airing, so you can tell family and friends!  
• Your song will be placed in our rotation schedule (with other songwriters' works) for a period of one month (30 days.)

• No hate, violence or sexually explicit lyrics will be accepted.
• By submitting your song(s), you are confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• By submitting your song(s), you are confirming that permission has been obtained from all parties involved in the creation of each work.
• By submitting your song(s), you are confirming that the majority of lyrics and/or melodies of each work are original, human-created and copyrightable works- with AI productions tools being utilized only as session musician(s) and vocalist(s).
